Return Policy

If you find any problem with your new purchases within two days of delivery, you can contact us at shop.woodwood@gmail.com.  Please provide a photo of the good.  Kindly note that we operate a refund, return or exchange policy only for faulty goods. 

Returns that are damaged or soiled by the customer will not be accepted.

Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Upon dispute, Wood Wood Shop reserves the right to make the final decision on all return and exchange cases.
